Old fashioned Norwegian apple cake

Stir white 100 gram / 3,5 oz butter
and 2 dl sugar
Stir in one egg
add 4 dl flour
with 2 teaspoons baking powder
and 2,5 dl milk

Stir until a smooth thick batter and spred it in a greased 24 cm cake tin.

Peel 3-4 apples and cut into wedges and roll them in sugar and cinnamon and add them tightly into the cake mixture.

Bake in the middle of the oven with over and under heat (200 degrees) in 45 minutes!

Serve with ice cream and / or whipped cream!
